A Dedicated attorney for first responders
Brent began his legal career working for a law firm which represented municipalities, public pension boards, and public safety organizations. As a result, he learned all aspects of the disability pension process and was provided with the unique perspective of learning exactly how these entities view and may come to contest the disability claims of police officers and firefighters. Ultimately, Brent left this practice in favor of his passion for representing injured victims, as opposed to municipalities, corporations and insurance companies. Today, Brent is a devoted trial attorney and workers’ comp lawyer. He has dedicated his entire career to exclusively representing injured victims, including all forms of personal injury, workers’ compensation and police and fire fighter pension disputes.
