On February 17, 2020, Attorney Brent Eames traveled approximately 300 miles down to O’Fallon, Illinois to serve as a speaker for the Illinois State Bar Association’s Spring 2020 Workers’ Compensation Seminar. This program was designed to teach workers’ compensation attorneys across the State on how the Workers’ Compensation Act can intersect with various other statutes benefiting police officers, paramedics, and firefighters, such as the Public Employee Disability Act (PEDA), the Illinois Pension Code, and the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA).

Although our office is located in Chicago, Brent Eames has represented injured first responders all across the State of Illinois.  If you have been injured as the result of an act of duty, no matter where you live, please do not hesitate to contact Attorney Eames for a free consultation.
